Caroline Armstrong Counselling and Mindfulness in Canterbury

Qualifications. Caroline 3

Who I am
I have been a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy ( BACP ) for over 15 years, twelve of which I have also been a qualified supervisor of other therapists. I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework. I offer face to face counselling in the villages of Adisham and Barham, between Canterbury and Dover in Kent.

My professional experience has developed through the varied places in which I have worked. In addition to private practice these include working alongside GPs (including the current Talking Therapies programme), as an Oncology counsellor in a large London hospital, in a community counselling service, with a student counselling service and as a therapist for staff.

My counselling and supervision work has been enhanced by having a long-standing meditation practice, which eventually led me to become a trained mindfulness teacher.
